Are there any ways to increase chin projection through softmaxxing?
If not then would a genioplasty be suitable for 2-3mm of chin projection, or any other surgeries?

for 2mm cope with 20% volufiline or bonesmash it so scar tissue builds up

it does but only in places where you have natural collagen, if you use it consistently you can get a few mm on zygos chin and browridge. if you have thin lips use it on them too worked pretty well for me
