I did my research about the methods that increase growth hormone.
Like fasting for 24–48 hours, sprinting — especially sprinting while fasting — and strength training such as bodyweight training only.
But some people don’t agree and say these methods are cope, and that you shouldn’t train during development because you “waste” your test levels, you shouldn’t sprint because it stresses your body, and you shouldn’t fast because you can’t get enough nutrients.
In your opinion, do these methods work, or is it only cope?
