Softmaxxing limit

What is the farthest you can go with softmaxxing i mean everything but surgery and pinning how far can you actually go? And what are the best softmaxxes for someone who's leaned out already?

depends on your flaws if you have a recessed chin/maxilla the most you can do is facial hair but you need surgery, if your nose is too wide you can try hydrocortisone etc, you have to analyse your individual flaws and see what can be done about them before surgery
