Is there any possible ways to improve eye area without surgery at 16 years old?

You can make your eyelashes and eyebrows thicker and more prominent with certain oils, apart from that nothing much can be done, oh you can also try squenting like an autist:lul:

got this results withn 1.5 months
he pulled the area above the medial canthus (the inner part)
Then the middle area (not the end, itll give negative hooding)
and then held the inner area down for like 2 mins
Each about 100 or so times
Repeat 4x daily until you have hooding
