Im not a doctor but minoxidil can be dangerous for ur skin, ive used castor oil to maximise them naturally since mine are bit long
I recommend u to read some threads there for eyelashes guide

change the hair to 60/40, darken eye brows, try to reduce upper eyelid exposure, and most importantly, train masseters.
