In his case he might've been ultradeformed gigaunderdeveloped cel (typical american gen z) sooo maybe it helped him. Epigenetically, his dad supposedly ate very healthy, and genetically, he might've had it in him all along.
What Im trying to figure out however: since 1L of raw milk (full fat) is 100% daily RDA on all of nutrients within it, what would 4L a day (400% daily RDA on every nutrient) possibly profit him? Did he really drink 4L just to piss out 3L worth of nutrients for the bovine growth hormone (supposedly just gets broken down into protein in our guts cuz its bovine)? Even the extra protein from the bovine GH alongside milk protein would simply be turned into fat or glucose if its excess. Im sure if he was both nutrient and protein starved 15-20 that 1L daily would've benefited him as much as 4L did 20-25. Unless the RDA's are bullshit? Thats what Im trying to figure out
