I've been studying and listening to solfeggio frequencies for the last month and i dont know if its cope JFL or just egyptian magic being rediscovered but they have helped me heal my body. I got into this after traveling to Egypt last month and learning a shit ton of ancient knowledge about how the pyramids where supposedly built and how sound waves were used to achieve greatness.
Morning allergies are gone, mental health has been peak for the last month and it's been great so far. Like I said idk if its cope or egyptian magic but i think that we might actually be able to transform (maximize) our genetic code and DNA by listening to specific frequencies like 432hz and 528hz.
