ended my bulking stage because it feels like shit lmao, 0 energy through out my day and my entire week would be filled with eating, sleeping repeat

started recomb a few days ago, 1800 calories a day and as much protein as I can get my hands on

useful info:
Height: 5'8
Weight: 76kg, a lot of it is fat though
I dont have gyno already got surgery for that in may
my workouts have been mostly dumbbell heavy that's why my back is slightly underdeveloped, already fixed it with my current routine
I also addressed my posture problems and do exercise's for them on different days

how the fuck are you 76 kg at 5'8? good lean mass for that height, decent bf%, you seem done w puberty. Get to the gym ig? Actually decent physique, shave when at desired bf%, will help appeal maxxing

the hair helps with the heat here It helps me sweat less, also I'am not really flaunting my body around, iam usually wearing a shirt 24/7, but I can see what you guys mean

I was hovering around 85 kg for a good 2 years during puberty, thought that would help me get taller :cautious:, I think that helped build lean muscle though. I do also have a pretty wide frame for my height and my legs aren't skinny they're thick, counter to what they look like in the photo's

I'am working hard hitting the gym 5-6 times a week, I do sprint intervals every 2 days for stamina and endurance, and swim twice a week, I'am experimenting with different protein sources like organs and shit, so I almost have everything covered, I just need to be consistent
