ended my bulking stage because it feels like shit lmao, 0 energy through out my day and my entire week would be filled with eating, sleeping repeat
started recomb a few days ago, 1800 calories a day and as much protein as I can get my hands on
useful info:
Height: 5'8
Weight: 76kg, a lot of it is fat though
I dont have gyno already got surgery for that in may
my workouts have been mostly dumbbell heavy that's why my back is slightly underdeveloped, already fixed it with my current routine
I also addressed my posture problems and do exercise's for them on different days
