Yes, if they are severe.
Mild ones can be improved to the point they are unnnoticeable. Even those can't be erased completely.
Severe scars can never be fixed and will only slightly get better with many many treatments and years of waiting.
I have done many treatments over many years and will be spending many thousands to hope for some improvement. So far, none.
