Solution for back acne?

I have mild acne on my back and am not sure how to fix it. I have 4% benzoyl peroxide cream and a 2% salicylic acid spray, are those sufficient or are there better alternatives? I am on 0.025% tret, although I'm not sure if that will help my back acne.

My bacne was so bad.

My mother got me a soap specifically made for this and I just rubbed it on my back when I showered and the amount of bacne I had decreased siginificantly
