Any surgeries or solutions to fix it?

I’m planning a bimax in the near future (parents funding most of the cost) and I’ve seen results of people getting bad chimp lips from it, and I feel like with the advancements it would make it even worse

the reason was because of bimaxillary potrusion, and I’m getting it fixed via orthodontics
