Solution for too much positive canthal tilt

My right eye got too much positive canthal tilt and looks different than my left eye is it over?

Based on the pic there is smth wrong with the upper eye lid or smth not really your eye socket or some shit. I suppose eye surgery

surgery not worth it for eyes very risky

could it be my nasal bone cause its more to the left and I got a bit crooked nose
