Solution for uneven eyelids

My right eyelid is almost always hooded whilst my other one isn’t, my hooded eye is perfect but I really hate how the other one isn’t hooded.

If anyone has any advice, whether it’s surgical or not I don’t mind as long as there’s a solution.

And preferably so I can make the other eyelid hooded as well.
