Solution to Wideset Eyes?

Medial Epicanthoplasty, they literally cut the inner portion of your eyes' skin off. Tell me if I'm correct.

medial cantho widens the eyes from the inner corner, making them look more close set. lateral cantho widens the eyes from the outer corner, making them look more wideset. depends on the face and the already existing spacing between the eyes.

So if they have bad ipd they should get lateral and if they have good ipd then medial right
