Solutions for chronic fatigue while leanmaxxing?

Im at a 1000 calorie deficit per day but getting fucked by fatigue. I need to study for uni but even that's only possible with caffeine and nicotine mints.

Outside of that gaming is literally too much effort i'd rather lie down for most of the day.

Anyone got experience with mainting bf% below their baseline (im naturally 25%bf but aiming to maintain 12%) and does fatigue get better?
 
Steroids, the "dry" ones used for cutting.
 
Adderall, Ritalin, etc..
 
Increase sleep
 
What’s your daily intake? Maybe cut back on the defector and do high intensity cardio

Your body isn't made to do an aggressive cut jfl. Cut back to a 250-500 cal deficit and increase cardio.

2. Dopamine bulk

My brain is hyperactive and i have trouble getting tired, i want to get tired to sleep but i can't and often end up sleeping at 3-4 am
