What are the known procedures that actually reduce your midface ratio?.If it wasn’t for my horse tier midface i would unironically be a chadlite at least

Usually widening the face with implants!
Also, lack of anterior projection on the midface creates the illusion of a longer one
bimax can help the appearance of a long philtrum by making it less flat as well.
In general, "long midface" is typically not long, it is just too flat and narrow.

there is no solution in this case other than the leforts as your case is caused by long nose add to that ur lips and philtrum region are unaesthetic too + wide face with big round cheeckbones + shit pheno its gg

My cheekbones aren’t round, i’m just bloatmaxxed, jaw and cheekbones look angular af when lean and debloated, but yeah my philtrum+ long nose makes my midface so fucking bad
