Jfl at getting plastic surgery to fix nasolabial folds caused by being overweight instead of actually losing weight though
Weight loss helps for some people or can make them worse it depends

Interesting, still getting surgery while you’re fat is like paying off 500$ of credit card debt when you still owe $200k in student loans lol.

Also anecdotally getting lean pretty much completely removed my nasiolabial folds (as long as I’m not cheesing)

Anything that causes your body to recreate the skin should fix or reduce them. So laser treatment, DRMA rolling, DRMA stamping, peels should all help.

I'm old but I'll try
doubt. prime is between 25-35. most ppl spend this time saying they're old and when they're actually old and realize they were prime is too late

Microneedling, retin a, high protein and collagen diet and things that increase skin collagen and more importantly skin elasticity (google) and finally don't do facial expressions which bend and wrinkle your skin. Try to have a relaxed neutral face if you're not with people.

This guy is pretty good. He has 5 vids regarding skin (with proof and studies he is doctor and not snake oils salesman)

I expect to be rewarded with a white woman for my contribution

I use retin for a few months now.

U think microneedling.is good for skin? I know dermarollers are bad cuz the pins go in sideways and tear the skin. I read that microneedling was bad for fat pads .

What depth microneedling is best for skin? I've been doing 0.5mm on face aND eyebrows till it bleeds

I have Dr pen electric one(it has adjustable depths). It's better than the roller. Just be careful around eyes(don't go too deep)

And always use alcohol to clean the cartridges if you want to reuse them.

I used to microneedle my head and my crown completely recovered but half my hair got no results. I would reuse 2-3 times. For rface I think it depends if the needles would break maybe one time use or 2 max idk

I use dr pen too

I only use cartridge one time because the needles get bent and can't be bothered disinfecting, and they dont cost much

I've been needling my scalp one month it's just made me shed so far, my crown is the hardest part for me to regrow
