I came to the answer independently like 2 times the first method I used being wrong but still leading me to the right answer
Then the second method I used being passable albeit a bit iffy
Although it was probably a fluke for both
I was only able to get the correct answer through the right method with a hint from the creator
I got it from this 4chan thread

Soul and Spirit
Consciousness is energy, and energy wants to cause change. Consciousness does not have to cause that change in any particular way. The soul is what influences the nature of how consciousness causes change. The soul is the sexual energy, and can persist after consciousness is dissipated because it is passed onto one’s descendants. The spirit is the subtler part of the human psyche hidden in the subconsciousness that is accessed by the consciousness through refining the sexual energy transmutation process. When the consciousness is unconscious of the physical world (sensory stimuli), the consciousness is able to shift its focus on the subconsciousness. This happens nightly while dreaming. This is an important way that the consciousness reaches the spirit, and there are nonsleep methods to access the spirit world.
