Oh Christ where do I even start. I'm on the fence, malar implants are necessary but your scleral show is abysmal and I doubt just getting infras would fix it UNLESS you get them custom designed for like 6-10mm of projection possibly? The UEE is insane, periorbital fat grafts would help a lot but they also get botched a lot. If you undergo those 2 and you still have those awful eyebags, you're going to need a lower bleph
