It was a joke, and no. You can’t gain a couple of inches unless you blast it. If you do it at8-12 with a doctor treatment, you will grow maximum 1.5 inches

Im using 8 ius at the moment, with only 6 ius my igf-1 sky rocketed to 500 so rn I guess its above 550 which is close to making a "growth spurt"
