well lil bro Firt at all I'll give you advices that helped me to ascend from Subhuman to HIGH HTN in one year
Rn I am 18 to 19 in 3 month maybe this advices you have seen in other threads but you can read this thread to help you remember what kinds of things you need to do to ascend I am not a professional I still learning tho
I am not going to recommend any medicine or whatever stupid thing that you read in other threads just the essential and don't put excuses beacuse this is cheap somethings are with out money tho
First, at all don't eat junk food bro we know you do so stop do that subhuman if your parents just buy stupid foods so try to go with them to the supermarket when they decide to go again and and you pick up your own food and explain them youre gonna start eating healthier this gonna help you stay lean
Second, never forget do your cardio is the most important thing to debloat if you wanna ascend faster you can do it everyday burn at least 150 - 200 - 250 kls in your cardio bro never skip the cardio this gonna help you a lot
Third, most important tho go to the gym do exercises bro this gonna help you a lot if you dont have money enough so do calisthenic wacht videos on YouTube how to do calisthenics this gonna help you stay in shape
Fourth, dont consume too much sodium, salt, ketchup, sugar, try this and gonna help you a lot the only drink that you can drink is water, raw milk or whatever other drink that you know it's good, I just drink water and that has helped me a lot try to drink at least 2L of water at day
Fifth, your sleep bro I know is really that bad, try to fix your sleep bro if you don't so you always gonna get bloat at morning and your appearance gonna be like a pork subhuman that doesn't sleep we don't wanna that so try to fix your sleep 10 - 11 pm at night it's late bro it'd better you go to sleep dont pass that time
Sixth, your face bro your face fix your face bro if you have acne fix it bro I don't know much about skincare because in my case I dont suffering of it you can search on tiktok best products for acne or in YouTube
Seventh, your hair bro grow out you hair this really gonna help you believe take care of your hair tho and most important get a haircut that suits you, I believe many of you would say it's not about the hair alright I know but your hair gonna give you points in the scale PSL
Eighth, your style bro we know is really bad find a style of clothes that suits you better
