Some cops are fucking insane

Just watched a video of a stupid fucking cop telling the guy to put his hands on the ceiling in his car, his hands were on the ceiling but the cop couldn't see it so he keep repeatedly asking, it was night time, then the guy turned his around and he got shot multiple times dying fatally, the police apparently thought he was reaching for a gun. Happened in Washington. Some cops just want to kill people i swear. Would send the video here but im gonna get a warning bc of soyboys

12 shots fired + doctors said 3 of those shots would have been lethal on their own anyway
