so much shit going around now, all the kids on tiktok are on gear.

ill try simplifying most of the stuff and give most of my important knowledge in a fast way.

warning: medium effort post

you really only need low dose test to mog the majority of people, that combined with a good diet and training will give you a really good physique.

COMPOUNDS

theres only few more compounds, besides test, really worth trying/using:
tren
equipoise
hgh
insulin
anavar
reta and other peptides related to fatloss (sema, tirz...)
igf1

in some cases using a strong oral for a little time like anadrol or superdrol to blow up and have insane veiny pumps may be worth it, lets say you have a photoshoot or something. but only for a very short period of time, as those compounds are literally destroying you from inside and also giving negatives such as a big bloat from anadrol.

anavar is the only oral i see worth using, not harsh on your body and gives decent pumps, especially on a cut.

hgh, igf1, insulin as add-ons if you want to reach something elite or maximize the growth speed.

you bulk up with test and equipoise, and you focus on a slow lean bulk eating in like 300 calories surplus. dirty bulk is one of the biggest scams, fucks up your health and looks while being on it, makes you gain a lot of fat and then having to spend a lot of time trying to shred it off.

CUTTING

test and reta is your holy grail here. if you want you can microdose tren, has its own really good benefits that may seem minor but are actually really good, without damaging you. higher dose tren only worth it if you are again preparing for a photoshoot or something like that. personally my biggest problem here was going from microdose tren to like 100-200mgs per week only because i wanted faster results and to "feel it". in reality you dont actually even need tren (although the microdosing is always worth it on a cut imo), just test and reta and discipline will get you insanely good results, i managed to do my best cut on literally low dose test with some anavar sprinkled preworkout for a better pump and gym performance on my last weeks of cut.

ULTIMATE GOAL

your goal in the gym should be something like 25-27 ffmi - very realistic goal for someone enhanced and also will mog like 99% of lifters, basically giving you the exotic jacked look and turning people's eyes.

STAY HEALTHY

do not fucking neglect the health markers, you will regret it later, as bad health markers not only have a toll on your health but also make it harder for you to build muscle/shred fat. great example i can give is that it is completely not worth it running high dosages being above 15-18% bf. the fat will make you aromatise so much more, fucking up your hormones and making it harder to build muscle.

protect your heart at all costs - use the fucking ancillaries. you dont want to be losing breath after every minor activity that requires your energy. you will feel like a shit.

all hormones must be in check, get your bloods done. control your prolactin and estrogen!!!

cardio is must, train your fucking endurance. you dont want to be losing breath while having sex - this shit humbled me the hardest and is my biggest motivation to do cardio.

DIET

High protein of course and also after becoming enhanced, carbs are really important. Try avoiding unnecessary fats always.

MENTAL HEALTH

there will always come a time, where you completely lose motivation. thats why discipline here will always be number one thing. such phases dont last long, ive already survived some and it gets better everytime. main thing is that after you are out of such phase, you dont look back at it. it doesnt matter if you wasted time or something, you should only be looking to the future and on what you can achieve.

again keep the hormones in check, your estrogen and prolactin levels dictate your emotions and mentality really hard, so the best way is to keep them in perfect range to not fuck your mental health due to some hormones.

YOU CANT MOG EVERYONE

even if you mog 99% of gym mfs, you will always encounter some genetic freak, who may be taller than you, having much wider clavicles, narrower waist and packing insane muscle mass. never look up to bodybuilders - they are blasting insane amounts of steroids because its literally their main thing in life, to be big. we came here to make the most insane version of ourselves with what we have while not ruining our health.

LIFESTYLE MUST BE CHANGED

avoid alcohol and recreational drugs. alcohol slows your whole muscle building and fat losing process, while stimulants like cocaine will stress out your already stressed out cardiovascular system. if you want to get high atleast somehow, just use the widely known on forum pregab and baclofen - barely any negative effects on your muscle building.

always have time for the gym, personally i looked best when i was going to the gym 6 days a week. and i would always have a downfall when i would start skipping gym out of laziness or because i went on a night out, got wasted/high etc etc. dont get me wrong - nights out arent bad, but you must control yourself and still be able to get enough sleep to let your body recover and as i mentioned dont abuse the fucking drugs dog.

THE BEST LOOK AND WHAT TO FOCUS ON

Legs - honestly you can either skip them or have one leg day per week to make them look somewhat jacked. legs really arent that important and too big ones can really give more people an ick rather than making them amazed. just dont forget to wear joggers all the time if you arent training legs at all.

Abs - train them, both during bulk and cut. one of my biggest mistakes was skipping abs thinking that they are good enough and i just need to get to lower bodyfat. i compared my abs while being lean of before and after i started training them and the after is clearly noticeable and much better. training abs is really underrated.

Back - train every muscle of it, except for the traps. thick muscular and wide back is an insanely good halo. my biggest mistake here was focusing on width while forgetting the thickness, i looked so weird lmao. glad i fixed that. 1-2 movements for lats, 1 for midback, 1 for rear delts, 1 for lower back and spine.

Shoulders - make em pop, literally. the most important muscle and it really shines on roids. focus on all 3 heads, not only the lateral one, people underestimate how good a fully developed front delt looks like. and i dont even want to talk about side delts, wide shoulders is law.

Arms - focus on biceps more, people notice them way more and being able to flex a bicep is an insane flex. getting your first bicep vein will make you feel insane.

Chest - nothing much to say, sexy muscle, just dont forget that you need to train all 3 pecs. flies are heavily underrated exercises btw.

Neck - train it, you will look way more masculine, especially when the veins start popping, people will notice that.

ENDGAME

you can pretty much follow this blueprint and in few years of enhanced disciplined training have an insane physique that is worthy even posting on social media. last thing i want to say is that we all keep looking too deep in the gym sphere, when everything is much more simple. all you need is time and consistency, rather than trying to always find a shortcut, even when you already are speeding everything up hard.

But in some study they had people on 10 20 and 30mg halo for 12 weeks and after they hopped off test levels returned to natty

Legs - honestly you can either skip them or have one leg day per week to make them look somewhat jacked. legs really arent that important and too big ones can really give more people an ick rather than making them amazed. just dont forget to wear joggers all the time if you arent training legs at all.

Abs - train them, both during bulk and cut. one of my biggest mistakes was skipping abs thinking that they are good enough and i just need to get to lower bodyfat. i compared my abs while being lean of before and after i started training them and the after is clearly noticeable and much better. training abs is really underrated.

Back - train every muscle of it, except for the traps. thick muscular and wide back is an insanely good halo. my biggest mistake here was focusing on width while forgetting the thickness, i looked so weird lmao. glad i fixed that. 1-2 movements for lats, 1 for midback, 1 for rear delts, 1 for lower back and spine.

Shoulders - make em pop, literally. the most important muscle and it really shines on roids. focus on all 3 heads, not only the lateral one, people underestimate how good a fully developed front delt looks like. and i dont even want to talk about side delts, wide shoulders is law.

Arms - focus on biceps more, people notice them way more and being able to flex a bicep is an insane flex. getting your first bicep vein will make you feel insane.

Chest - nothing much to say, sexy muscle, just dont forget that you need to train all 3 pecs. flies are heavily underrated exercises btw.

Neck - train it, you will look way more masculine, especially when the veins start popping, people will notice that.

ENDGAME

you can pretty much follow this blueprint and in few years of enhanced disciplined training have an insane physique that is worthy even posting on social media. last thing i want to say is that we all keep looking too deep in the gym sphere, when everything is much more simple. all you need is time and consistency, rather than trying to always find a shortcut, even when you already are speeding everything up hard.

natty training is cope, especially if you are tall.

My main issue is i cant use a test base
Not because im scared of needles though
Theres a lot to it

But in some study they had people on 10 20 and 30mg halo for 12 weeks and after they hopped off test levels returned to natty
figure out the problem with not being able to use test, it is must imo. halo will also suppress your natural testosterone hard

figure out the problem with not being able to use test, it is must imo. halo will also suppress your natural testosterone hard
The problem is i have 0 privacy and nowhere to hide needles

With orals i can play them off
But i was Told that on cycle Low T wont matter as its high Androgen and low E2 thats best
And post cycle theyd return tk normal levels

you really only need low dose test to mog the majority of people, that combined with a good diet and training will give you a really good physique.

COMPOUNDS

theres only few more compounds, besides test, really worth trying/using:
tren
equipoise
hgh
insulin
anavar
reta and other peptides related to fatloss (sema, tirz...)
igf1

in some cases using a strong oral for a little time like anadrol or superdrol to blow up and have insane veiny pumps may be worth it, lets say you have a photoshoot or something. but only for a very short period of time, as those compounds are literally destroying you from inside and also giving negatives such as a big bloat from anadrol.

anavar is the only oral i see worth using, not harsh on your body and gives decent pumps, especially on a cut.

hgh, igf1, insulin as add-ons if you want to reach something elite or maximize the growth speed.

many steroids that are popular on tiktok, overused by bodybuilders, arent worth it. for example masteron - literally only makes your muscles hard while on it, you come off and you lose all that hardness. deca and npp both gonna turn you into a bloatlord, fuck up with your mental health - eq here is much better alternative when bulking.

BULKING

you bulk up with test and equipoise, and you focus on a slow lean bulk eating in like 300 calories surplus. dirty bulk is one of the biggest scams, fucks up your health and looks while being on it, makes you gain a lot of fat and then having to spend a lot of time trying to shred it off.

CUTTING

test and reta is your holy grail here. if you want you can microdose tren, has its own really good benefits that may seem minor but are actually really good, without damaging you. higher dose tren only worth it if you are again preparing for a photoshoot or something like that. personally my biggest problem here was going from microdose tren to like 100-200mgs per week only because i wanted faster results and to "feel it". in reality you dont actually even need tren (although the microdosing is always worth it on a cut imo), just test and reta and discipline will get you insanely good results, i managed to do my best cut on literally low dose test with some anavar sprinkled preworkout for a better pump and gym performance on my last weeks of cut.

ULTIMATE GOAL

your goal in the gym should be something like 25-27 ffmi - very realistic goal for someone enhanced and also will mog like 99% of lifters, basically giving you the exotic jacked look and turning people's eyes.

STAY HEALTHY

do not fucking neglect the health markers, you will regret it later, as bad health markers not only have a toll on your health but also make it harder for you to build muscle/shred fat. great example i can give is that it is completely not worth it running high dosages being above 15-18% bf. the fat will make you aromatise so much more, fucking up your hormones and making it harder to build muscle.

protect your heart at all costs - use the fucking ancillaries. you dont want to be losing breath after every minor activity that requires your energy. you will feel like a shit.

all hormones must be in check, get your bloods done. control your prolactin and estrogen!!!

cardio is must, train your fucking endurance. you dont want to be losing breath while having sex - this shit humbled me the hardest and is my biggest motivation to do cardio.

DIET

High protein of course and also after becoming enhanced, carbs are really important. Try avoiding unnecessary fats always.

MENTAL HEALTH

there will always come a time, where you completely lose motivation. thats why discipline here will always be number one thing. such phases dont last long, ive already survived some and it gets better everytime. main thing is that after you are out of such phase, you dont look back at it. it doesnt matter if you wasted time or something, you should only be looking to the future and on what you can achieve.

again keep the hormones in check, your estrogen and prolactin levels dictate your emotions and mentality really hard, so the best way is to keep them in perfect range to not fuck your mental health due to some hormones.

YOU CANT MOG EVERYONE

even if you mog 99% of gym mfs, you will always encounter some genetic freak, who may be taller than you, having much wider clavicles, narrower waist and packing insane muscle mass. never look up to bodybuilders - they are blasting insane amounts of steroids because its literally their main thing in life, to be big. we came here to make the most insane version of ourselves with what we have while not ruining our health.

LIFESTYLE MUST BE CHANGED

avoid alcohol and recreational drugs. alcohol slows your whole muscle building and fat losing process, while stimulants like cocaine will stress out your already stressed out cardiovascular system. if you want to get high atleast somehow, just use the widely known on forum pregab and baclofen - barely any negative effects on your muscle building.

always have time for the gym, personally i looked best when i was going to the gym 6 days a week. and i would always have a downfall when i would start skipping gym out of laziness or because i went on a night out, got wasted/high etc etc. dont get me wrong - nights out arent bad, but you must control yourself and still be able to get enough sleep to let your body recover and as i mentioned dont abuse the fucking drugs dog.

If your starting gymcelling I’d say at 16 or after go ahead and run some compounds, you’ll mog your tail end of high school, and squeeze out the last of your development unless you’re a late bloomer, I first touched a weight at 14 but didn’t go consistently till 16 and even then it was just for the summer I didn’t actually start a regime until I was 17, n do wish I did test or roids, I could have cashed in the golden era of gymcel TikTok Around 21/22, don’t ever feel bad for “doing things easy” people only care about the end results

Do you think most people actually need more than a low dose, or is it enough to get “good gains”?
i was using wayyy too high doses while not doing everything else (diet, training) perfect. that being said, i made the most gains in my life 2 times:
1) stupid uncontrolled high test with tren bulk, had to end prematurely due to health problems and gaining fat too fast
2) 250mg test disciplined training

you really only need to go extreme if you already have a lot of muscle and want to achieve even more.

indeed, i started gym at age 17 and touched PEDs first like 2 months before my 18th birthday. i got huge fast and started mogging everyone my age, making me have insanely good last late teenage years before turning 20. i slayed many girls, had much more experiences. overall my life became insanely good. now that im older, im focusing more on building something that actually mogs not only people my age but all men overall.
