"Peppermint Oil induced very thick and long hair after 4-week topical application and promoted the elongation of hair follicles from the epidermis down to the subcutis in a vertical section (Fig. 3), showing in the stage of anagen III. Application of Minoxidil caused similar results. In conclusion, our experimental data suggest that 3% Peppermint Oil facilitates hair growth by promoting the conservation of vascularization of hair dermal papilla, which may contribute to the induction of early anagen stage."

"Lavender Oil maintains the anagen phase and delays the transition to the catagen phase. 5% Lavendor Oil significantly increased the number of hair follicles, deepened hair follicle depth, and thickened dermal layer, along with a significantly decreased number of mast cells compared to the no treatment group."

"Pumpkin Seed Oil during 24 weeks has a positive anabolic efect on hair growth and that this is due to the possible efects of 5-reductase inhibition in patients with mild to moderate male pattern hair loss"

" Melatonin performs hair cycle-dependent regulation of α-estrogen receptor gene expression in murine hair follicles. The cosmetic Melatonin solution represents a possible option for delaying hair aging, hair loss in general, and for the treatment of early-stage AGA in men and women."

I might do a full guide, going through every study I can find and summarizing which oils to buy and what ingredients in hair care products prevent premature hair loss.

peppermint doesn't seem like cope compared to minox and it has no drawbacks
some people just want to prevent balding, like me

A study done on rats is not reliable lmao. + rats dont suffer from mpb which nothing will save unlike the strongest growth stimulant minoxidil
