1. High protein diet (rn it’s whole chicken + boiled eggs)

2. High intensity full body cardio (Burpees)

3. Starch + butter + caffeine (brain energy for IQ max)

4. Neck and lateral raises everyday (frame max)

5. Sun exposure shirtless + testicles

6. NOFAP

7. Cold/cool showers not hot

8. No shampoo/deodorant (pheromones)

9. No processed food, ONLY meat, eggs, fruits, cooked vegetables, FISH when you can get it

10. Sleep as much as you can

11. KRATOM before socializing for NT max

12. Safety razor instead of bullshit piece of shit Gillette and clean shave before bed

13. GET DRIPPED OUT
