What knowledge? The ''knowledge'' you're speaking of is complete trash, and can be found literally anywhere else. There's trash cans with the same knowledge after someone threw a magazine in there which spoke about the same subjects in more detail. There's literally no experts of the subject here, it's all just anecdotal stuff.
