Some one give me motivation to work out

I workout but im not that motivated, motivate me

You don’t need motivation only discipline and dedication. I’m never motivated to go to the gym but the walk there is 30min so when I’m there I think to myself “if I here then I should actually work out instead of gooning”

Become disciplined, not motivated.

If its hard to stick to a workout routine, just do whatever exercises you like and skip the ones you dont, overtime youll get accustomed to going to the gym regularly as a part of your daily routine.
