I have a friend who has very shit genetics (he does have blue eyes and blonde hair but that is the only good thing he has)

upper body is like 65 percent of his height so he looks like a goblin
hair genetics are shit (his head is very round and his hair starts as on the top as it can start)
worst fashion sense ("hates the way jeans feel" and wears red pants with green hoodie) (this is his fault but I thought id put it here)
For quite some time I wanted to help him look better but every time he asks me I have 0 idea what to tell him cause there isnt really anything he could do naturally
(he does have ok skin so he can't max that)
How is this mf supposed to looksmaxx without it taking 10 years or having surgery
