You also cant speak for everyone, as everyones minds are built different

you dont know what this person has been through, how his brain reacts to certain situations

Its not the same for a child seeing his friend get shot infront of him and a soldier in the battlefield

So dont judge anyone out there, pointing out their weaknesses, to man up and get this hustle mindset implanted

The right way to approach is to acknowledge this persons problems, show empathy.
