Me for example. Thats me after workout few weeks ago. Hard workout without drinking water unbloated me completly. If i was at lower bf i would look even leaner. Because of my shit fat distribution and and big round zygos im just looking like a pig with bloat. My eyes looks so weird tho.

Jordan barret is prone to bloat too. He has big round zygos and that make him puffy when Hes not lean.


Bucial fat romoval would be great looksmax for me. It wouldnt hange my looks but at least i could look lean.

The only thing that worked for me was potassium. I take around 16g in the morning which= 4500mg rda of potassium, works wonders. Bloat is completely gone after 2-3 hours

He has high and small zygos. I have big round prominent zygos like deep. A bit worst than kortajarena. Barret has massive and round zygos too, thats why when he gets bloated he looks so bad. Kortajarena is lean all the time and he has massive lower third so he has great hollow cheeks.


If I would get bucial fat removal and lower third implants my zygos wouldnt be bad
