I will do some other 'maxxing', but here are the main ones:
Heightmaxxing stack for July onwards:
Goals for August 2023:
caloric surplus, high protein and low carb diet will be incorporated. Intensive gym routine will be established. Full body posture will be perfected.
Heightmaxxing stack for July onwards:
- MK-677 (20mg) once a day, at the end of the day.
- Berberine (500mg) three times a day, 30 minutes before each meal.
- Huperzine A (200mcg) twice a day, morning and evening.
- P5P (50mg) once a day, at the end of the day. Maybe twice if necessary.
- Dandelion Root Extract (500mg) once a day, at the end of the day.
- Stretches
- Tongkat Ali (250mg) once a day, in the morning
- Fadogia Agrestis (500mg) once a day, in the morning
- Ashwagandha (650mg) once a day, in the morning
Goals for August 2023:
- 6'0'' minimum
- Brad Pitt physique from Fight Club
- Good-looking face
- Signs of High dimorphism visible everywhere
- 80kg
