Some races just can't be civilized

every race fits its 'stereotype'. blacks behave the same everywhere (whether it be in europe, america or elsewhere) asians fit theirs, indians mostly fit theirs, latinos generally fit theirs etc etc. their behaviour is NOT down to the treatment of the host race (whites mainly)
