Source. The second image set is obviously frauded in the classic fashion of an unflattering pre and flattering post, but included for completionism.
The OP actually made a post elsewhere about how he's "literally gone from being invisible to constantly getting female attention", and in the comments, someone else posted striking result:
He noted, "I went from literally invisible to turning heads in every social situation I walk to. It’s kind of annoying honestly. Dudes always try to size me up and just hate me. I just don’t have the years of experience to handle all the social pressure that comes with it."
His chin seems a tad strong for my taste, but it's something minor in the context of such a drastic improvement, and he also writes, "I only had bsso and a Genio. My doctor didn’t even recommend the Genio because my chin was already strong but I pushed for it anyways.", so it's reasonable.
I'm getting my double jaw surgery in a few months (I'm a rather bad Class II and worse than Case 1, unfortunately), so I often check the subreddit for something to look forward to.
