Some surgeries might be free for some minors

So a few days ago I found that some surgeries like rhinoplasty and the one with the ears(so you don't have elephant ears anymore) might be free cause the government realise the amount of bullying this gives to kids.

I am from Romania and maybe it will help yall(depending on the country you are in)
