Blood pressure and blood glucose = Both you can buy machine for dirt cheap

Pulse, cognitive function ( memory recall and reaction time ), stamina = with a diary

Recovery time for muscle groups, muscle hardness ( when flexed your biceps should be hard )

Erection quality, bowel movements

*If you are a teenager ( most of you on this forum ) then this is pretty unnecessary because you can have good health parameters even if you solely live off Doritos and Coke

It doesn't hurt however
