For the most part yes, but some of them if they have a deep tan and have the usual dark black hair with light brown eyes it can create a more ethnic look but you can still easily tell they are white.

I find it hilarious when morrocans and Tunisians try to argue that they look similar to spaniards and Portuguese and some Italians. Like no bro maybe 3-5% of the population does but thats purely due to sharing similar facial features, nothing with shared dna.

They'll find some random spaniard or Portuguese or Italian or greek dude that is swarthy looking with a deep tan and use that guy as proof that they look the same when the rest of them look your standard white dude except with light brown eyes and dark hair.
