Hey everyone, I’m 17 and I’m looking for some honest advice on how I can improve. I work in a metalworking factory, so my weekdays are pretty structured: I wake up around 6:00 AM, leave home at 6:45, start work at 8:00, finish at 5:00 PM, and usually get home around 6:00 PM. I’m trying to build a routine around that schedule and make the most of my time.

A while ago I cleaned up my diet (high protein, low sugar, less salt, lots of water, black coffee) and I actually noticed a visible improvement in my face, so I’ll attach before/after pictures. I still have quite a bit of facial fat, and I also have an overbite (not sure how severe, but it’s noticeable), so I know those things probably affect my appearance.

I also struggle with dating. Sometimes I can get a girl’s Instagram, but the conversation usually dies pretty fast or I get ignored. I’m not blaming anyone, I just know there’s something I need to improve.

If anyone could give me a PSL/rate and point out my strengths, weaknesses, and what I should prioritize, I’d really appreciate it. Whether it’s body fat, haircut, skincare, posture, style, facial hair, or anything else, I’m open to hearing it.

Just one thing: please skip comments like “it’s over,” “you’re cooked,” or “genetics doomed you.” I’d rather hear practical advice that I can actually work on. Thanks.

are u open to surgeries? or cosmetics like filler AAS or injectable fat dissolvers?

on a side note cut down to low bf, grow out ur hair, lift heavy and you will see big differences quick

For structural improvements, subtle fillers in the chin and jawline would sharpen your profile and add definition without looking overdone. If you're open to surgery, a conservative rhinoplasty could refine your nose and create better overall balance. These changes, combined with your existing gym routine, would make a noticeable difference and enhance your natural features. Start with the non-invasive steps and consult a good facial plastic surgeon when you're ready.

Thanks bro, I appreciate the advice. I might consider those options in the future, but for now I want to improve naturally first. What would you recommend I do in the meantime? Like nutrition, training, posture, sleep, skincare, or anything else that could help improve my facial structure and overall look?

To look noticeably sharper, optimize your nutrition with high protein and whole foods, emphasize compound lifts for broader shoulders, and maintain excellent posture by standing tall with shoulders back. Prioritize 7-9 hours of quality sleep nightly.
For skincare, adopt a simple routine with cleanser, tretinoin/retinol, moisturizer, and daily sunscreen for clearer, smoother skin. Consider contacts or better frames, plus grow out your hair heavily. I know it might feel awkward at first, but trust me on this.

get on a high freq split in the gym, train 0-1rir, eat 0.8g per lb of bw, 7-9h of sleep (more = better), tret might be good for u, whole foods diet. really the basics bro, just stay consistent.
