Surgeries are meant for massive failos and never for halos, Clavicular has literally a good maxilla yet he still considers le fort 2 (i hope that he made that thread for satire and not him begin fr about it), even i have some degree of reccesion wouldn't go with le fort 2,it's not like you are ordering food from a drive trough, it's a pretty risky surgery with a chance of death.

My point is that they have unrealistic expectations from surgeries and think that there is no risk, he'll look worse than better looking after the surgeries.
