Somebody recommend me surgeons for this plan.

Me being a retard, I allowed a dentist to remove my healthy wisdom tooth, because of a mild pericoronitis case. That beautiful thing was trying to erupt and fucking Reddit users scared me into thinking that this infection will spread to my bloodstream and kill me (I have health anxiety and mind you, I didn't have swelling and had exact same problem on right tooth, which erupted perfectly). Now I'm very angry at myself, and I'm obsessed with the idea of widening both of my palates and then finally installing an implant in the place of the extracted tooth. I'm 23 years old, so it could be that I'd need an orthognatic surgery. I know, that MSE, MARPE and so on are a possibility for upper palate, but what about the mandible? I heard about the MSDO but it apparently can fuck up TMJ (which is already clicking in my case). Are there any surgeons in Europe or even better so in Germany that could help me. I'd be very grateful if somebody knew the answer to my question.
