Someone can please tell me how to fix nose asymmetry, it makes my lip asymmetrical too

Looks like a sphenoid tilt problem. Get septoplasty for deviated septum and u can try lip fillers/lip lifts on certain parts to fix asymmetrical lips.

aint there any softmax to fix it? sometimes when i sleep in other places it becomes better. thanks for helping :)
