Prey eyes are not only about eye shape, but also about eye color(softer, darker colors look less masculine) and the pupil size (small pupils give a more piercing look)

it's generally better imo but the difference you showed in the video is basically close to 0. Nobody will be able to tell IRL.

if you want a subtle change then sure go for it.

Small pupil and eye color theory. It can work. For some, dark eyes look better somehow. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.

I’ve had constant large pupils since childhood and still do. Many people can’t tell my eyes are blue in pictures because of it. People here told me to get colored contacts
