Do this routine and throw in 20 mins of cardio a day.
Always eat 1g of protein per pound of bodyfat to build/mintain muscle.
For bulking, eat in a 200-500cal surplus.
For cutting, eat in a 500cal deficit.
Listen to a hard/hypnotic genre playlist like acid techno to put yourself in a trance to mentally fly through your workouts.

Damn this looks like a solid routine. Thank you a lot I’m gonna consider it for sure. Will probably go the cutting route

RE fat loss, I don't think you should lose >1lb / week unless you're really fat because it's hard to gain muscle at that point.
RE building muscle, you should just modify your existing one to prioritize upper-body workouts instead of replacing it altogether. If you don't have one, you might want to start basic upper-body weight exercises (curls, tricep extensions, wrist curls, shrugs, lat raises, shoulder presses) because they work, they're easy to learn / do consistently, and you can always add more exercises down the line.
