I need help to get my first perfect pull up since I know it is a key exercise.
How can I keep work to it.

Give me steps if you can
 
it's not a key exercise, you can be perfectly fine doing lat pulldowns for the rest of your life.

Use elastic bands in your gym. Start with one that gives enough resistance for you to get 8 reps to failure, and do 3 sets of 6 with it. Then progress to 3 sets of 8. After you reach 3 sets of 8, take lighter band, progress to 3x8 again. Then again. After this you will probably be able to do 3-5 good pull ups. Now progress your pull ups till you can do 3x8. Now add weight. Etc.
