I want to gain strength because I’m very fucking weak but also drop some body fat…
Maybe start with 25% BF and go from there.
I paid for a nutrition plan and it’s telling me to eat 6 times a day 270 g carbs / 210 G protein / 54 g of fat a day for 2,400 calories and on this diet I should lose weight.
I’m currently 225 - 230ish and probably 35% bf…
Can I just do keto and like eat fucking chicken and drink avocado oil?
Do I have to have all these god damn carbs?
