don’t do peptides at this age , some of them effect ur hormone levels and they sensors that send the signal to produce them which could fuck ur hormones up at this age and make u stop growing in all ways

What age would u say is good to start

at the very least 21 or more since that’s when ur growth plates are definitely closed and ur bones too , but i would still wait . Atleast have around 2 years bodybuilding experience if ur gonna use it to build a physique. If it’s only for u face wait till 21
