It's on purpose a bad angel so y'all can see it better. Would sleeping on my back help in this case ,because on some days it isn't this brutal like on the image

They're bad but definitely not sub 3. The hollowing beneath your eye is the biggest issue. Need infras and fat grafts

try volufiline and other lipofilling agents mentions in the BOTB guide about under eyes and chin. If it doesn't work then you need infraorbital implants.
