I’m doing it with an harness ATM but i wanna try something else cause it’s getting boring.

idk personally don't even train neck as you only need good upper traps for SMV

that muscle alone will benefit more in terms of neck width from the front and thickness as well as from the back of the occiput

why should you rot doing neck isometrics that only remind you of CIA torture methods jfl when upper traps always progress quickly and almost never atrophy even if you stop working out

Overdeveloped upper traps make your shoulders look more narrow. My neck is tiny asf

yep thats why you train the fuck out of upper traps and then leave them be. And they'll shrink a tiny bit but remain the same basically forever lol

btw that framecel example with big traps is partly cope because ofc the big traps will look bad on a framecel and good on a chad with a good frame

On chad its super masculine
on framecel its tryhard gymcel roidcel cope

and of course anything thats relationally overdeveloped compared to everything else looks bad and unnatural

good upper traps are a dimorphic trait and looksmax undeniably

I will maybe add 1 set of shrugs we will see.

Regardless of that, even if I do shrugs I will still train the neck

Yeah but for me specifically my side delts are a weakpoint so I need to make my clavicles look as wide as humanly possible and upper traps can do the opposite

I just do it with a dumbbell on the edge of my bed or a bench
