вообще лип лифт делают чтобы увеличить верхнюю губу так как она маленькая по сравнению с нижней, чтобы в итоге они смотрелись пропорционально
если ты сделаешь лип лифт то фильтрум конечно уменьшится так как губа верхняя станет больше
но а как же нижняя?
будто тебе надо обе губы больше сделать и можно обойтись без лип лифта

пухлая нижняя губа так же может чутка повлиять на чин:фильтрум
так как может чутка выпирать и чин меньше чутка выходить по итогу
ну да в общем нижняя губа у тебя обычная, верхняя хуже обычного

норма для мужчин около 13-15мм. в моём случае убрать 5 мм не будет проблемой так как это довольно немного. проблемы возникают если убрать слишком много, ибо это будет влиять на функцию рта и тд
да, так как операция укорачивает фильтрум, будет видно больше верних зубов. это, кстати, плюс, потому что это youth indicator
опять же, десны будет видно только если укоротить до 10мм или типа того
