I wonder if me being isolated in a room from 15 to 18 had an impact in how the face grew, and if yes how exactly? When i look at pictures i see something looks off but even me trying for months i cant point why exactly. I also had braces so i still doesnt know if its the guilty.

you need social interaction or else you’re just fucked up. That’s why I’m on this forum a lot because I don’t conversate with irl bluepillers like that.

In fact, everyone in reality (not internet) is bluepilled because everyone says same common phrases does same movements does same body language and makes same gestures. even autists try to blend in public.

Is it true isolation you're talking about though? Not talking to your parents, siblings or even anyone online?

no I doubt there is a long term everlasting effect from doing theses things, but it can change your mindset, which can change how you look

idk but I’ve done it and haven’t noticed much difference in my face

how would the mindset change how one look

chtagpt said that those could happen: protruding forehead, flattened nose, or sunken cheeks

how would the mindset change how one look
for example if I were depressed this is where my brain would come in and try to make me cope by eating a bunch of food which could make me a fatass or if I wanted to smoke I would look like that old skeleton lady from spongebob

Sitting for 8 hours a day isn't the best, but not the end of the world. Low sun exposure is worse, D deficciency inhibits bone growth, and stale air is bad too, it slows metabolism.
